Peppermint Halo was the very first product ever formulated at Saje. This is a powerhouse fan favorite because of the warming and cooling essential oils like peppermint, eucalyptus and rosemary that have been formulated to help invigorate and soothe the head. Peppermint Halo is blended at full strength, and is designed to be applied along the hairline and temples, creating a ‘halo’ effect of relief around the head. We also suggest applying to the back of the neck and over the trapezius muscles to experience further cooling and tension-reducing effects.
FORTIFY - OUR HERO PRODUCT TO CALM COUGHS DUE TO THROAT IRRITATION
Fortify is a supportive and restorative blend of essentials oil like tea tree, eucalyptus and pine, formulated as an antitussive (cough suppressant) and to soothe throat and bronchial irritation. Eucalyptus is well known in aromatherapy as ‘the breathing oil’, touted for its camphorous properties that encourage you to take deep, cleansing breaths. This blend helps soothe the respiratory tract and supports your overall wellness through its opening and clearing properties. Fortify, one of the OTC formulas in the Pocket Farmacy, can be rolled onto the throat and chest, or under the nose and across the sinuses for added relief.GUTZY - OUR RELIEVING AND COMFORTING BLEND TO SOOTHE THE TUMMY
Just as the name implies, Gutzy was formulated for those times when your tummy needs a little extra love, and to help you feel soothed. The key ingredient in the blend is sweet fennel, which is most commonly referred to as “smelling like licorice”. (Though similar in aromatic profile to licorice, the two herbs come from different plant families). Other ingredients known to help to provide relief to the stomach include peppermint and roman chamomile, both made popular by their use in herbal tea formulas also known to soothe the tummy. By soothing the effects of stomach discomfort, Gutzy is a small but mighty part of this essential oils set. Roll directly onto the tummy and massage in a clockwise direction for feelings of relief.
STRESS RELEASE - OUR NURTURING AND SUPPORTIVE ROLL ON TO CALM YOUR WORRIES AND EASE YOUR STRESSES
Stress Release is a grounding and centering blend of essential oils that are known to support bringing your body into harmony. Perhaps the most well-known of all essential oils, lavender is the star of the show in this tension reducing blend that also includes clary sage and geranium. Lavender is well regarded for its ability to induce feelings of peacefulness and calm, and this formula is effective at helping to support a sense of balance and calming of the spirit, as well as helping to restore feeling centered. Roll onto areas of the body such as temples, wrists and other pulse points, as well as behind the ears or across the forehead whenever you need a mindfulness moment.
PAIN RELEASE - OUR ORIGINAL FORMULA TO EASE SORENESS AND SUPPORT PAIN REDUCTION
Much like another longtime favorite in the collection, Peppermint Halo, Pain Release is one of the original formulations created at Saje way back in the 1990’s; its analgesic (numbing) and pain relieving effects have stood the test of time. Formulated with essential oils known to warm and comfort the body, like marjoram, rosemary and cajeput, Pain Release is designed to help relieve minor aches and pains in muscles and joints associated with simple backache, arthritis, bruises and sprains. Pain Release is also recognized by the FDA as an OTC product for pain reduction.
