Online Return Policy

If your purchase was made online, we can offer a refund onto your original method of payment or store credit via an e-gift card. Please know that our e-gift cards can be used both online and in store. Simply contact our Customer Experience team by phone at 1 (877) ASK-SAJE (1-877-275-7253) or email us.

In-Store Return Policy

For orders placed online after July 2023, after showing your confirmation email as a form of receipt, we can provide your refund to either the original method of payment or in the form of a gift card. For any online orders placed before July 2023, we can provide your refund to a gift card or to cash with your order confirmation email.

For recent orders purchased in store, we can provide your return to your original payment method with a receipt. For purchases made in store before August 2024, we can provide your refund in the form of a gift card or cash with the original receipt.

Our Diffuser Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our diffusers and will take back any unit that is no longer functional. Bring it into any location or connect with our Customer Experience team, and we will happily repair or exchange it — it’s our lifetime efficacy guarantee. In order to protect the environment and reduce waste, we do not accept returns on previously used functional units.

Our Formulation Guarantee

Our commitment is to provide the highest quality 100% natural products in the world. If something isn’t working for you, we want to make it right. Formulations that do not take care of your wellness needs can be refunded with the original receipt. Without receipt, we will happily exchange your item for an alternative blend that better supports your wellness or issue a gift card.

Exchanges

Please bring the product and the receipt to your local Saje location for exchange. If you do not have a receipt, we’ll happily exchange your product for a new one or issue you store credit via an e-gift card. If you do not live near a Saje store, simply contact our Customer Experience team by phone at 1 (877) ASK-SAJE (1-877-275-7253) or email us, and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your free return. Once the product has been received at our warehouse, we will issue you store credit onto an e-gift card.
