Our warehouse starts processing your order as soon as it is received, Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 2 business days for our team to process and pack your order before shipping. Note that additional processing time may be required during sale and holiday periods.
The pricing shown our website does not include shipping, taxes, or duties. Note that these fees are levied by the country you are shipping to, and payment is required to release your order from customs upon arrival. If these customs charges are not paid Cash on Delivery (COD), the order will be returned to Saje.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. If your order has not arrived within the estimated processing and shipping timeline above, please connect with our Customer Experience team through our Saje Concierge.
If you have placed an incorrect order, please contact our Customer Experience team through our Saje Concierge. We recommend initiating a chat due to the time sensitivity of this request. Note that our Customer Experience team can support with cancelling your order within one 1 hour of placing it. You will then have the option place your order again.
If you have placed an order with the wrong shipping address, contact us through our Saje Concierge page and our Customer Experience team will cancel the order and you will have the option place it again. There is a 1 hour window for adjustment, email us on the Saje Concierge or initiate a chat. Please visit our Saje Concierge page for hours of support.

Currency in all our international countries are in USD.
We support the following payment methods on our website: Apple pay, Visa, Master card, American Express, Visa Debit, JCB, Discover, Diners Club.
Gift Cards and eGift Cards can be used toward an online order. Simply enter the Gift Card details during checkout to apply the balance of the card to your order. You can also check the balance of your gift card here.
Note that if you are travelling to a Saje retail location, you can also use your Gift Card and eGift Cards in-store.

We never test our products on animals because we believe in wellness for all, including our furry friends.
Formulations that do not take care of your wellness needs can be refunded with the original receipt.
Diffusers include lifetime efficacy guarantees—we happily repair or exchange non-functional units.
