How to Use

Suggested Uses

To temporarily calm coughs due to minor throat and bronchial irritation associated with a cold or inhaled irritants. Relieves the impulse to cough to help you rest:

  • Adults and children 12 years of age and older: rub a thick layer onto the throat and chest up to three times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
  • Practice a deep breathing exercise we call the Saje Breath; roll product onto clean palms of your hands, cup over nose and mouth and take 2-3 deep, slow inhales in through the nose and long, slow exhales out through the mouth to encourage clear and open breathing.
  • For use on children under 12 years of age: please consult a trusted healthcare practitioner.

Do not use

  • if epileptic
  • with high blood pressure

Ask a doctor before use if you have

  • persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with smoking, asthma, or emphysema
  • cough accompanied by excessive phlegm (mucus)

When using this product, do not

  • heat
  • microwave
  • use near an open flame
  • add to hot water or any container where heating water; may cause splattering and result in burns

Stop use and ask a doctor if cough persists for more than 1 week, tends to recur, or is accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache. A persistent cough may be a sign of a serious condition. If pregnant or breast-feeding, do not use this product.Keep out of reach of children. If product is swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

HOW TO STORE: For best results, store all essential oil-based products in a cool, dry area away from direct heat, light and exposure to oxygen.

It’s a miracle!

"Once a year or so I get an allergic dry cough that is so irritating! Once I start coughing it lasts for 8-10 weeks. This time it started the day before a long trip. I didn’t think to use my Fortify and ended up coughing the whole trip. When I got home I started to use Fortify and miraculously it stopped my cough almost immediately (or let’s say 90% of my cough).
